We will provide their services to you, which are subject to the conditions stated below in this document. Every time you visit this website, use its services or make a purchase, you accept the following conditions. This is why we urge you to read them carefully.

In order to use our website and/or receive our services, you must be at least the legal age to possess the legal authority, right and freedom to enter into these Terms as a binding agreement. You are not allowed to use this website and/or receive services if doing so is prohibited in your country or under any law or regulation applicable to you.

Commercial Terms

When buying an item, you agree that: (i) you are responsible for reading the full item listing before making a commitment to buy it: (ii) you enter into a legally binding contract to purchase an item when you commit to buy an item and you complete the check-out payment process.

The prices we charge for using our services / for our products are listed on the website. We reserve the right to change our prices for products displayed at any time, and to correct pricing errors that may inadvertently occur. Additional information about pricing, shipping and sales tax is available on the payments page. 

We reserve the right to remove any listed item at any time, and/or repost said item at any time. We reserve the right to cancel any transaction for any reason at any time. 

 

Return Policy

For any unsatisfactory product, simply return it with its included accessories and packaging along with the original receipt within 30 days of the date you receive the product, and we will offer a refund based upon the original payment method and original purchase price. In addition, please note the following: (i) Products can be returned only in the country in which they were originally purchased (ii) for undamaged products, return shipping must be paid by the buyer. 

If the shipping process results in any damage to the product, contact us with photographic evidence within 30 days for a full refund.

Direct replacements will not be available. Exchange requests for same priced items may or may not be fulfilled.  Processing times for refunds may vary.

Handcrafted items may exhibit qualities some may describe as "imperfect". It is the responsibility of the buyer to look carefully look over the description and photos and send any questions to honeyrockceramics@gmail.com. 

Care:

Honey Rock LLC is not responsible for any misuse of our products, nor any results occurring from the misuse of our products, including, but not limited to, willful or unintentional negligence to the provided care instructions. By purchasing our products, customers agree to follow  all care instructions including the following: (i) do not thermal shock ceramic pottery (ii) clean all ceramic pottery before use with warm soapy water (iii) handle all ceramic pottery with extreme care; mishandling may lead to the pottery breaking and may result in injury (iv) use extreme caution and proper safety wear when using pottery that has been heated or contains heated elements. The vessel may become extremely hot.

Color Variations:
Colors of products in on-screen photos may vary from physical product for various reasons including,but not limited to: (i) different lighting conditions (ii) differences in screen display settings on individual devices (iii) blue-light filters.

Terminology:

We may use words in product titles and descriptions that are also used to describe metals, precious metals, precious gems, (etc.) such as, but not limited to, "copper"; "bronze"; "gold" ;"jade"; "platinum"; "silver"; "metallic". All product titles are purely artistic and metaphorical. These words, such as, but not limited to, "metallic" or "gold" may be used in descriptions of products referring to the appearance of the product (ex: luster or color [eg. the word gold to refer to the yellow color]) only, not the materials used to create, nor the composition of the product. Our products do not claim to include, mimic, or contain any precious metals, gems, etc. 

Shipping:

Shipping times of products are only estimates and actual shipping and delivery times may vary. Once Items are shipped, Honey Rock LLC is not responsible for delivery times. Packages and items are subject to delays of individual shipping companies. We do not guarantee any delivery dates. 

Honey Rock LLC may charge approximate shipping charges that take into consideration various expenses. We reserve the right to change or remove this charge at our discretion.

Any and all such claims and disputes shall be brought in, and you hereby consent to them being decided exclusively by a court of competent jurisdiction located in Ohio. The application of the United Nations Convention of Contracts for the International Sale of Goods is hereby expressly excluded.

Visitors may communicate content as long as it is not obscene, illegal, defamatory, threatening, infringing of intellectual property rights, invasive of privacy or injurious in any other way to third parties. Content has to be free of software viruses, political campaign, and commercial solicitation.
