Shipping times are only estimates and actual shipping and delivery times may vary. Once Items are shipped, Honey Rock Ceramics is not in control of delivery times and packages and items are subject to delays of individual shipping companies. We do not guarantee any delivery dates.
Each item will be packaged and shipped with consideration of the fragile nature of our products. We package our items with extreme care to minimize the likelihood of any damage.
If the shipping process results in any damage to the product, contact us within 30 days for a full refund.
